We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products (especially Limited Edition Drops) to any person or geographic region. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

4. HANDCRAFTED NATURE OF PRODUCTS

Our gummies are handcrafted in small batches in Lancaster County. Because of this, slight variations in color, shape, and "sourness" levels may occur between batches. These variations are a hallmark of artisanal candy and are not considered defects.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including the name The Gummy Guys, Chuckle Chompers, product descriptions, and images, are the property of The Gummy Guys and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Gummy Guys shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of our products if the ingredients were clearly listed. Please review all ingredient labels if you have food sensitivities.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
