Refund policy
At The Gummy Guys, we take pride in the handcrafted quality of every bag of Chuckle Chompers we ship. Because our products are perishable food items, we have a specific policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
1. Returns & Opened Packages
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened packages of gummies. Once the seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for return or refund.
2. Unopened Items
If you change your mind, you may return unopened and factory-sealed bags within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the unopened item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Damages & Issues
We want you to have the best experience possible. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong flavor or item.
If there’s an issue on our end, we’ll make it right. Please email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and send a replacement or issue a credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that Mystery Bags and Limited Edition Drops are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed shipping error or damage to the package upon arrival.
