Thank you for choosing The Gummy Guys! We take pride in handcrafting every batch of Chuckle Chompers right here in Lancaster County. Here is how we get the goods to your door:
1. Processing Times
Because we are a small-batch, artisanal shop, we don't just pull bags off a dusty shelf. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Note: During "Limited Edition Drop" weeks or holidays, processing may take an extra day or two due to high demand.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via [USPS / UPS / FedEx] to ensure your gummies arrive fresh and fast.
3. Heat & Melting Policy (Summer Months)
Our gummies are soft and delicious, which means they don't like extreme heat!
• During summer months or if you live in a hot climate, we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number so you can bring your package inside as soon as it's delivered.
• The Gummy Guys are not responsible for gummies left in hot mailboxes or on porches for extended periods. ### 4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
The Gummy Guys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
